The Challenge
Jafriam Solutions was managing HR processes across multiple disconnected tools including spreadsheets, email approvals, and manual payroll calculations. This made it difficult to maintain accurate records, process leave requests consistently, or track performance across the team.

We built a role-based HRM platform with an employee self-service portal, a leave request and approval workflow, automated payroll computation with statutory deductions (NHIF, NSSF, PAYE), and a performance review module. Managers get a dashboard view of team attendance, leave balances, and appraisal status.
